NotaryPilot

Terms of Service

Applies to notarypilot.net and the NotaryPilot app for Android and iOS. Last updated November 2026.

The service

NotaryPilot is business software for working notaries: job and client records, invoicing, payment tracking, mileage and expense tracking, and reports. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done under your account. You must provide an accurate email address so we can reach you about your account.

Subscription and billing

NotaryPilot is $6.50 per month after a 14-day free trial. The trial does not require a credit card; we ask for one before the trial ends so your service continues without interruption. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime and you keep access through the end of your paid period. Promotional pricing (such as a multi-year locked rate) applies only while it is advertised; when a promotional term ends, renewal is at the then-current price.

Your data

The records you enter — jobs, clients, signers, invoices, payments, mileage, expenses and uploaded documents — belong to you. You can edit or delete them at any time. We use them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use NotaryPilot only for lawful purposes and only with information you have the right to store. Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data, disrupt the service, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Card payments

If you connect your own Square account, card payments on your invoices are processed by Square under your agreement with Square, and the funds go to your Square account. NotaryPilot is not a payment processor and never holds your funds.

Not professional advice

NotaryPilot helps you organize your records, but it is not legal, tax or accounting advice. Mileage rates, deduction amounts and reports are tools to assist you — confirm them with your accountant or tax professional.

Service availability

We work to keep NotaryPilot available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by outages, errors or data loss beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

Ending your account

You can stop using NotaryPilot and delete your records at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. To delete your account and data, email support from your account address.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use NotaryPilot after a change means you accept the new terms.
